Norman Whitfieldが手掛けた名グループ、Rose Royceの80年作。Rose Royceはメロウ・チューンからディスコ~ファンキー・チューンまで好作ぞろいですが、このアルバムもマチガイありません！9th Wonderが抜けた後のLittle Brotherが!ll Mindをプロデューサーに迎えてシングルカットした「Good Clothes」ネタの爽やかチューン「Love Is In THe Air」(ゴージャスな雰囲気を醸し出す派手めホーンがマル！)、さらにファンキーなブギーディスコ「You're A Winner」辺りが特にオススメ！他にもサンプリング・ソースに使えるナイスなサウンド、色々入ってます！
