Lionel Hamptonからマレットをプレゼントされた事でヴィブラフォン奏者の道を志す事となったRoy Ayers。以来、現在まで数多くの名作を残した彼が76年にリリースしたアルバム。元々は69年にリリースされた『Daddy Bag』に未発曲を加えた編集盤な1枚で、Buster WilliamsやHerbie Hancock、Joe Henderson等が参加。シリアスな雰囲気さえ漂うA1「Daddy Bug」を始め、Digable Planetsが使ったA4「Slow Motion」等、全体にレグルーヴと言うよりはストレートなジャズアルバムに。
